Revamped Spixi and more

The Spixi minion has been nicely redrawn. I think it’s a pretty good revamp. What do you think?

Right now we’re moving the database to InnoDB which is taking a long time to really turn over. It’s doing things in alphabetical order, and it’s up to user_items, which means that it’s almost done When the site comes back up there might be some hiccups because right now we aren’t configured completely for this setup, but it should be down less.
