My application for a new special adoption was accepted this 15th of May 2009! Weee! 😀 It’s this really delicious ice-cream, made with love by Emma of iNSOMNiA (Snapbeat.org/pixel/).
It’s not just any old ice-cream, nuh-huh. It’s a Mint And Chocolate Chip Whipped Ice-Cream And Cone. Now how does that sound? Pretty good to me! And what perfect timing to celebrate the coming of the hot weather. 😀
Before I thank Emma, I would like to first publicly apologise to her. You see, my application was replied to pretty much immediately as no later than the next day I had a reply from her in my inbox. And that was a full seven days ago… x_x
As you know, I’m pretty batty over my special adoptions. They have their own page (I’m thinking of retitling it the ‘Nursery’, what do you think?) and I keep several pieces of information about each one. They are unique after all.
I love all my adoptions (‘The Pixel Chest‘), but special adoptions are, well, special. There’s only one of each born to this world. And the Adoption Centres keep a photograph of each one they’ve re-homed so that they can check up on them and make sure they’re being looked after properly.
Emma should not have had to go a whole week worrying whether her special one had arrived here safely or not. So I really do apologise to you, Emma. I hope I’ll be able to show you that I’m a trustworthy adoption mother in the long run.

Hi Jo! I’m glad that you liked my layout. I decided to make it using spring/summer colors (plus the flower :P) because back here we those two seasons are practically the same, in fact I’ve notice that the trees get dry and their leaves fall in during spring and they get all nice and pretty in the summer. So for me summer is flowers, nice breeze and sunny days 🙂
I don’t know what PSP is, I only know the game console 😛 Did you add the graphics that you wanted? ’cause I can see that the site has a background and colors, but idk how it looked when you left the comment (I read it today). I like the soft pink that it has and the dividers look delicate, did you made them?
It must be a pretty sight to see (maybe you should take a picture of it XD). All I’ve been having are rainy days, I like them, but it has been like two weeks of rain. This last Saturday it looked like it was 7pm at 2pm. It was really dark outside.
I need to add some more pictures in facebook, including the ones of two huge arts and craft projects I made for church. I’ll tell you when I do it 🙂
Oh and I forgot to mention that last night I had a dream that I was visiting you XD I’ll have to send you an email to tell you the details 😛
