Trying to jump up onto a rectangle surface of solid (and sharp edged) cement. I missed. The corner tore into my right calf, right down to the bone.

Funnily enough, that I was lesbian.

I believe in evil spirits manipulating us to believe we have powers of our own. And that the price is pretty much your soul.

Not really grudges; I feel hurt though. Mostly I’ll feel confused as to why they did what they did.

I don’t know and don’t intend to look it up.

I'm curious to discover the American environment, and I'm looking forward to sharing it with you. I wonder what the contrast will be like. Hopefully I will enjoy it just as much as I've enjoyed the nature here. I'm really going to miss the UK: I can't tell you how much!
I'm very sorry to hear about your dad's stroke. It must be really hard being separated from him. You are very strong to cope with your hardships. I pray your dad recovers well.

Miss Veedol is the name of the first airplane to fly non-stop across the Pacific Ocean. Piloted by an American, it flew from Washington state, and crash-landed on a beach in Japan. When I was little my family would visit that beach. I named my website Miss Veedol because of the childhood memories I have of Japan.

I collect yarn, hand-blown glass balls, and postcards.

I hate commercial jingles. I love hearing my sister play her guitar and sing.

I sort of drive… I have a British provisional license, and I talk one of my parents into letting me drive once or twice a month. I've never crashed, but I have scared my dad a few times.

It can, although I wouldn't exalt insanity. Nevertheless, a favorite verse of mine is said to have been written by an inmate in an insane asylum. This is the verse, part of the hymn "The Love of God":

Your answers are entertaining XD but your accident one, jumping on top of a rectangle thingy, gave a very ugly mental image! It must have really hurt! Number 76 reminded me of our endless emails and comments hahaha.
