Subeta’s new Fragmentizer

“Powered by water, the Fragmentizer* has appeared on the Beach! (it was getting so lonely there)
You can try it out by breaking apart your items into Crystals, and I’d make sure to stop by the shop, there are a few sought after items there…”
Items with a rarity of 1 to 65 will either give you 1 Humming Power Crystal or nothing.
Items with a rarity of 66 to 99 will give you 1 Humming Power Crystal.
Items with a rarity of 90 to 99 will give you 1 to 2 Humming Power Crystals.
Items with a rarity of 99 can give you 1 to 3 Humming Power Crystals!
