Subeta error in Firefox

I was told to try the following when this happened to me:

In your firefox browser, they suggested to clear out the cookies.
Clearing them all didn’t work for me but clearing -just- the Subeta cookies worked and Ta-Daa I could see the site!

So I went into Tools,
Options right at the bottom,
Privacy,
Show Cookies.
You can type “subeta” in the search bar and delete one by one the couple of Subeta cookies.
Then close firefox and open it up again.
